BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE (DEFINED BELOW), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO INSTALL, COPY, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

The software program "ACFileServer" and other files that are delivered to you by ACLogic (Alexandre CESARI refered also as the Author) is the copyright work of ACLogic or its licensors (collectively refered as AClogic). Any and all uses of the Software are governed by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("License Agreement" or "Agreement").

This computer program is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of this program, or any portion of it may result in severe civil and criminal penalties and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under law.

Distribution
The Software can be distributed freely, as long as the distribution includes the whole package distributed on the Software web site (www.acfileserver.com) without modification. You may not distribute just parts of this package nor modify it. Should a newer version of the sofware exists at the time of distribution, only the lastest version of the Software can be published.

Advertisements
The Software is supported by advertisements and connects to our partners'' advertising solutions to present users of the software targeted ads while using the software. Using the software implies agreement that the Software sends information on the usage of the Software for the purpose of proposing targeted advertisements. You should not attempt to circumvent the displaying of advertisements by the Software. Revenues generated through advertisements remain those of the Author of the software.

Changes to the Agreement
ACLogic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add to, supplement or delete any of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

Disclaimer of warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE DISTRIBUTED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WON''T BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE. NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE OF THEIR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, THE AUTHOR CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR SHARED DATA, ESPECIALLY COPYRIGHTED OR ILLEGAL DATA.
